    Bare Butts on my chickens!

    I have 8 heavy layers. They all have bare butts. All in varying size bare patches. It started last winter with 2 or 3 and now they all have it. I have inspected them for mites etc and nothing. Their diets are more than adequate and their coop is always clean. I have never witnessed any of them...
