    Thanks for your input JadeFarms! 😊these will all be hens and MeyersHatchery lists their ameraucana as separate from the Easter Eggers. I read about the temperaments of specific breeds but it’s nice to know from owners of the breeds.

    Thank you Perris. Our first 5 chicks will be arriving in May. Small coop urban garden is correct. 2 white Cochins, 2 Orpingtons, and 1 Dominique. Our climate is temperate also. Northern California.
