    barking light brahma???

    hello, i have a 5 month old ligh brahma, she is not yet laying.... i've been noticing a strange behaviour from her, she makes a barking type noise and shakes her head while she makes it. many times in succession, just this real staccato, sharp barking like noise. is this normal? is she ill...

    my chickens don't like people :(

    i have 4 chickens - about 11 weeks old. And they won't let me pick them up at all. I have raised 2 of them since 1 day old, but ever since we moved them outside to the coop/run, they have no interest in being picked up at all. our coop is raised, and they run and hide under it any time i attempt...

    Hi everyone, this is Marbles, our 8 week old Golden Spangled Hamburg. She is the smallest of our three, but i'm thinking she may be a rooster due to some of her features. Thoughts?
