    I also had the idea of using a halogen cooker as an incubator. Just take the circular heating element out and wire a different heat source in. Any thoughts?

    Hi there! I am looking into new ways to heat a home built incubator and I saw a 40 watt element for a 3d printer. It looks very similar to the probe you get on a thermostat. I was wondering if anyone out there has the technical knowledge to tell me if this would work to heat a small polystyrene...
