5 months old. I haven’t heard him crow once, there’s another roo the same age as him and he’s definitely obvious about it. Everyone thought when he was younger he was definitely a roo…help! Thanks.
I have 9 birds total. I believe 3 are pullets and the others are Roos. I got them from someone who hatched them and it appears to be a very roo-heavy hatch. I knew I was taking a risk but didn’t think I’d get so many Roos.
This crew is about 8 weeks old now. Majority are Roos I believe. Can you help identify? There is some crowing but I haven’t caught who it is yet.
There are 9 total. I can only really identify 2 females.
I have posted before with these guys but buying them straight run from someone who wasn't sure the breed (they thought EE, OE, Orpington).
The photos I am attaching I think are all Roos based off their comb and wattle size/color. Thoughts?
I'm sure there are a few roos in there but I'm not sure which yet. When I was picking out the ones I wanted I tried to pick ones that looked female but who knows haha.
I bought these from a local farm. They thought they had an idea of what kind of chickens they have but I’m not sure he actually knew.
Some he thought were:
Orpington
Olive Egger
Easter Egger
Thanks!

Hi - one of my hens has been lethargic for the past 2-3 days. I thought maybe she was egg bound but now I think it’s something else. See photo attached.
She’s about 4yrs old, one of my OGs.
Everyone else in the flock is fine. She’s walking funny like hunched over almost. Her feet are reddish -...
