    Update: Her toe did come off about a day after I made this thread but she's now walking normally! Its amazing to see and I'm very grateful

    Yes, we've been doing that as well to try and help her! Both of these issues happened so fast. She took a turn to for the worst today and her toe started bending backwards and grew more blackness. It honestly looks like it's going to fall off. Please help We're soaking and doing everything...

    Candled and saw no movement. Not even sure what kind of movement I was supposed to see but literally nothing. Air cell looks good but I read someone else had this but it was just a detached cell :( We've never done this before. We'll just wait until day 25 before removing it and giving up

    Me again. I have one egg under a broody that's on day 22 and there haven't been any pips or anything. Should I candle it now to check if its alive or just continue to wait a bit more?

    Alright, that calms me down a bit. Going to let her out and hope she comes back on her own. Wish we had Florida temps here right now Edit: Set her little house(cat igloo) outside and she doesn't even appear to want to leave. Not going to force her and ill stay out with her for another 10...

    Basically title. My mother wants to put out the broody chicken so she can scrat and whatnot but I'm worried. Its pretty cool and I have no way of keeping the egg warm while she's outside
