At only day 5 I would wait at least until day 9 and check again. See if there is further development, maybe it's just a bit slow but still normal! There's huge changes from day to day.

Less humidity seems to be better than more, "dry hatching" during days 1-18/19 seems to help hatch rates sometimes. I wouldn't worry about it! Temp seems to be the more critical factor.
