Had a broody hen and she hatched this sweet girl ( I think it’s a girl). We named her snow White. Cross between a Silkie and buff Orpington. She is about 11 weeks old. The darker Grey I’m pretty sure is a boy and he is a cross between a Silkie and black australorp. And then we have a light grey...
She was a surprise chick and the only one I don’t know of breed. Pinkish legs and white/cream underbelly. I know there are few chickens that have the chipmunk look. Any guesses?

So I recently purchased two Silkie babies. I know they are hard to sex until older, but my one stands up right more. I read that it usually means male. Is it still too early to tell? They are only a week old come Saturday. They are very active and chatty though, more than my past chicks...
Thank you for your reply, unfortunately I had a fox get into my coop (after I opened the doors to let them out) and he got all my little chicks. My big ladies were safe and were already out of coop for the morning but the babies usually would stay in for a little longer and the fox knew that.
Anyone who has owned any of these breeds listed, how is their personality? I know each chicken is different but I was just wondering overall.
