    bedtime routines for your chickens

    My coop is located inside a wire run with a roof. The girls (I have three now) had been good about going into the coop at nite - then a couple of nites ago I went out to close them in and they were on top of the coop instead of inside - it's kinda high so it took some effort to get them down...

    My first post!.....and I need some advice

    I am new too - I love reading what everyone is doing and how they manage. I have a problem . The store wouldn't sell me less than 6 hens - they are now 9 weeks old and I am literally overrun with chickens. I have to get rid of at least 3 - I live in a neighborhood and have a good size fenced...
