Hi all. I just set 26 eggs to hatch around March 19. 7 of the eggs are RIR rooster over Delaware hen to get red sexlinks 19 are from my mix hens and a mix rooster.

I started tomatoes, Swiss chard and collards seeds yesterday, I want to start more, I will have to get some potting soil. I read somewhere that it's better and helps to prevent diseases if one uses potting soil to start seeds, not sure how true since the plants will still get planted in...
