They were all at different times. We didn’t go back to all the footage on every one of them. When it first happened we thought she was just ready to go.. the time the second one died the video from the first was copied over. Third one not in camera view.
Thank you will order it now. !!!
thank you for sharing your information!! Definitely going to get some dewormer of some kind, someone recommended what they use.. so going to try it. Thanks again!!
They have not been around any water fowl since last summer. I got rid of them ducks as they were not nice to the chickens. We do have the little wild birds fly in the run and coop when the door is open for them to free range in their outside extended run. But we are just at a loss of what is...
They were just normal girls. We never put light in their coop to lay longer. No one had any discharge. Is it their breed?? I just don’t know enough. I do t even eat eggs that often 🤪
No foxglove at all. No milkweed that I am aware of.. they do not “free range” in the wild. They are still enclosed by fence. The only weeds or yard greens we pick for them are normal clover bunches.
They get layer feed, scratch, any bugs they can find and they get scraps from the table. But they don’t get anything they are not allowed to eat. I am very careful what they get and google anything I am unsure about. They were all fat little ladies that were fine the day before. And the are so...
I have had my flock for almost 4 years. They have always been healthy and we have only lost two in 4 years. One to a male duck that attacked her and the other was trapped behind a food bin. In the past two months I have had 4 just drop dead!! Two RI reds and two black ones (sorry they were a...
She is eating and drinking and pooping. It feels like she has a balloon under her skin. It is a little warm I guess, I have not felt bare chicken skin to know if they run warm. I got a few more pics. Thanks in advance for the help
Yes they are!! We had one the other day that jumped inside the food dispenser and couldn’t get her big butt out. Now I keep a bowl over the opening. I found a pic of the dish holder. Hope it helps. Building ours tomorrow. They are scratching now so the block isn’t working.
How old are they? I am no expert by any means, we have ours on a square block of wood to keep the little demons from just flinging it in there. I swear I water more pine shreds at first then birds. I did see a cool trick to put their food and water over a Cat litter box that is buried in the...
