    Homozygous mahogany? Wheaten rooster with mahogany genes, carrying gold and has khaki where black feathers would be.

    Looks like a girl! Head feathers look to be the same length all over. Crest is probably that shape because of a vaulted skull. I don’t see long saddle feathers that would indicate boy.

    5 month old silkie gender?

    The crest looks kinda boyish, longer feathers at back of head. I can’t say for sure, some birds grow their crest in all weird and I can’t see saddle feathers.
