Here's the coop Hubby and I built on the fly. No real plans, just some great advice from my Dad (a real carpenter, although too ill to physically help us). We did'nt do too bad for "novice" builders. I think I smashed every finger with the hammer at least once though...
Separate her from the others. Keep her warm and in a darker area. I put mine in a dog kennel in the house with a towel draped over most of it. Then you can moniter her food intake and bowel movements more accurately.

you might try soaking him in a warm bath. Just hold his bottom end under water for about ten minutes or so. the warmth may relax him and soften the clog. then dry him and put him back under the lamp.
I'm no Vet, but it could'nt hurt to try.

I have 24 chickies a 21x14 run. It is too small.
As big as you can go is best, unless you can free range them like I do. Mine can't wait to get out when I get home. I think chickens get bored in one place all day.
As far as windows, I'd put in at least two.

It sounds like you are doing all the right things for her. She sounds very weak. Try a little sugar in her water or a chopped up boiled egg.
(My mom used to do that when I was a kid and we were raising turkeys) Hopefully, someone else will answer with more ideas.

I'm from Redding. I hope you have luck finding a breeder out here. When I got my chicks, we spoke to several feed stores and they all order them from hatcheries, not local breeders.
If you have to order from a hatchery do it early, they are usually behind on orders in the spring...
