    I decided to get a photo of the little peeper. It must be a lot of work for the little fella to crack that egg. I think it has been 8 hrs. or so and this is all the progress the chick has made. I guess I must just hurry up and wait.

    wow thanks for the fast reply's. ok great i will keep an eye on them through the looking window. I am expecting about 9 more chicks. I keep seeing the eggs wobble around in the incubator. i will post some photos when they hatch. thank you again. Bryan "aka Luckeydog"

    How long should it take for a chick to break out of it's egg shell. one of my chicks just started to break a hole through its shell. So far it has been about 5hrs. should i help it? (I would not think so) will the chick suffocate ? I can hear the chick peep from time to time. so the question...
