Hi! Older post sorry but I'm curious to know if this went away? Got bigger or caused any issues? I have a 12 week old orpington pullet with the same looking growth, occasionally scabs from bumping it but no other apparent issues!
Hi! I have two 18 month old girls with these signs too. I’m in NZ :) Are your girls still laying soft eggs? I feel like I’ve tried everything to boost their vitamins and calcium! Thought they might have egg drop syndrome.
Thanks all! I put some oyster grit (was already mixed with some lime calcium/DE pellets in a dish attached to their run, the chicks have had a few pecks, but not too interested.

He/she seems to be the same as the other two in his coop, they are siblings and the other two are definitely girls. Only difference is he’s a bit bigger in the body than the other two

Hey all! Been a couple of weeks since my last post, Last time it was looking like two boys, but I have feelings number 1 is a girl? Poofier hair and much smaller comb and wattles, they are the same age. Opinions? They are almost 10 weeks old :)
