If your rooster is de-crowed, can the city still enforce the 'no rooster ordinance'?
De crow? Is that possible? Is it painful, immoral and expensive to do. Im going through same thing. I dont want to give up my black sultan that i thought was a hen but at four months turns out a hes a rooster. And we loce him so much.- Lunalilly
