    This Lil beauty is soooo attached to me. S/he peeps so loud if I am out of his/her sight. Loooves it's belly rubbed. S/he is absolutely the best chicken ever

    Thank you very much motorcyclechick. I'm going to wait until my new incubator comes. It's due to arrive on Tuesday. Hopefully by Thursday it'll have the humidity and heat ready. I think I'm going to use the styrofoam one to put the babies in after they hatch for the first couple days and then...

    Good to know. I ordered another incubator a couple days ago. I believe it's a little higher quality than this styrofoam one I had originally purchased. Poor hubby was complaining last night that he doesn't ever get to eat any eggs because I put them all on incubator LOL... We only have one...

    I would absolutely love to set some more. Is it okay to do it since winter is coming? I don't think I could take any more heartbreak. We had planned on keeping them in the house for a couple months after they hatch but that'll put them into about December or January and it'll be super cold...

    None of my 6 grandbabies (3 to 11 yo) would touch it either... They have been here for several days waiting for their baby chickens to hatch. Had many tears shed today

    She is 18 and totally knows better. I moved my incubator into my bedroom so there is no chance of that happening again.

    Baby was dead. :( and it looks like the ones that will follow up after that one have also died. Found out that my step daughter had taken the lid off of the incubator while we were camping last weekend for an unknown period of time. I am so irritated and sad.

    Nope, it just sat there. I I think I will just leave it for 3 or 4 days and see if maybe we get lucky enough to have a baby chicken.     I did the water test. The egg floats a little bit out of the water but it's floating sideways. In the video the eggs are floating up and down
