Here is a great site for Aquasol 200mg/ml
For example, approx 75 lbs or 35 kg of birds is equal to about 8 cups water plus 0.18ml or 0.2ml aquasol (200mg/ml.) Use a 1cc/ml syringe not a 3cc syringe.

. My hen has the same issue as yours and I've treated for mites even though I don't see them, even in coop. All wood areas and every chicken treated, with no issue.
I was told to use Elector PCP for mites. Before that, Ivermectin scraped on the skin and orally, permethrins, even miconazole creme...
2 yr old hen with red butt up to breast for 9 months now. Poor feather growth.
I have tried pcp spray, miconizole cream, Ivermectin, permathrins, and no luck reducing the redness. Treated all chickens for mites and coop every 2 weeks.
Any other ideas?
