I helped one of my first chicks out, who by all accounts *should* have died. Now hes a *beautiful* young Ameraucana/something blue rooster. And he is *plenty* feisty, let me tell you!
Um, does anyone know who it was that I bought the 2 Barred rocks and 2 reds from? We traded 3 of those for the Orpington pair? Just wanted to get in touch with them, thanks!
I'll be bringing a couple adult mini lops! broken chestnut and solid. Pure bred, very sweet Would like them to go to a pet home or "mostly" pet home if you know what I mean. I would like them to be spoiled and get all the attention I'll be all by my lonesome.... I'm surprised no one thinks...

I would leave it. It's worse to have a drowning chick you can't help, than to have a chick that way POSSIBLY get stuck that you CAN save. Then you couls even raise the humidity once you see a pip, just until it's done hatching
Wow that's a BLRW alright! She's pretty You know what's funny? i have a blr chick that's smaller than the others too! They just hatched, but you see the difference!
Okay the babies are here! Here's the link to my new thread so you can see the 7 barnyard mix! https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?pid=6845279#p6845279

Splash(or whatever you want to call it) chick! Such a cool pattern...

15 babies live so far, one died (pipped wrong end and wasn't home to help it widen). So there are ten left... or should be No more pips right now, but they technically have more time
