A 100# bag of feed went up 50 cents in 3 days. Now I am looking into mixing my own feed. Already have corn from the field and barley. Can get supplement from the local co-op. How many here are in the middle hobby and chicken farmer?
We had around 100, lost a few this spring due to a critter issue but have 100 more coming from TS. Luckily my egg supply stays sold out. Help. I have the same problem but didn't see any egg coming from her. I have a RIR hen that isolated herself yesterday but I got her back in the coop then today she still isolated herself and I notice a white stringy substance coming from the vent area.
