That is a great video! Your timneh really talks a lot. I have one, but only he only says a few phrases. He does say "quiet" when the dogs start barking. I don't think I could get him to talk on a video--he is more of a closet talker.
I used to have a parakeet and he had a vocabulary of about 80 words. He talked more than any of the parrots that I have now (african grey, senegal and a crimson bellied conure).
Generally silkies do not roost. None of mine do. They tend to group together at night in a corner. I raised a silkie rooster with an ameracauna hen. They are still good budddies, but the silkie rooster sleeps on the ground (in shavings) at night and the ameracauna hen goes up to roost.
