    Thank you so much for your advice! :hugsI put it to work straight away! I can delightfully say my Little Roo is on the mend and hasn't faceplanted this morning:celebrate after egg whites and vitamins with bed rest for a couple of days! He's not so keen on the pomegranate though lol!

    Thankyou for your speedy reply I'll get boiling those eggs then! Yes he likes his apples! I'll get some more fruit for him today! Where to I get the vitamins from? A normal health food shop? No he hasn't started cock-a-doodle-doo ing yet.... I can't wait! And neither can my neighbours lol!
