They are between 14-16 weeks old. I plan on rehoming two and getting two more hens.

Thank you for the insight and how you make it work with multiple rosters. Definitely giving me ideas!

Mine are on an acre fenced in also, I only have one coop. I guess I need to get another coop or rehome roos

I'm curious what everyone's rooster to hen ratio is. I have 14 chickens and unfortunately, 4 roosters. Two are kept free range outside the coop and two are in the coop with the girls. The two in the coop are still young, and so are the pullets. I want them to eventually be able to free range...

I plan on it. It's comb is very pale pink, the picture actually looks more read than it is in person. I won't recommend a chicken until I know for sure, usually when they crow. I think i am still clinging to the hope that it's a pullet. The previous owner said all of the her roosters were trying...

So my friend here was rescued, so please excuse the rough feathers. It was being picked on at it's previous home and growing feathers back and gaining weight. I was told it's a pullet, but im thinking a roo. It's roughly 14-16 weeks old and not crowing. What do y'all think?

    Bantam cochin

Ok y'all, it's your favorite game! Are we a cockeral or pullet. We are about 16 weeks old bantam cochin, might be a mix I'm not 100% sure. No crowing, not showing another roo behavior either, and favoring pullets behavior. What do y'all think?

Definitely no crowing yet. Until they crow, they're all hens to me! Lol it took my silkies 20 weeks to figure out they were boys. Luckily, my hatchery will trade roos out for pullets, so now it is the waiting game for crowing. I have an olive egger I am 99% sure is a cockerel and a speckled...

Yes he is! So handsome, I may still keep him! Lol I thought he might have some frizzle lineage or another breed that has crazy feathers.
