    I feel that you have been a little rude about me, I'm new to forums and new to owning chickens. I have no idea what's right and wrong about asking questions on forums. I was only asking a simple question and now I'm totally put off by writing anything else

    4 weeks old today, I thought this chick was a barred rock but it doesn't have yellow legs?? Any thou

    Yeah it could be, I can't compare it to any of the others as this one was born from a brown egg and my other 3 chicks where from blue eggs. When do you think his waddle and comb will go red?? He is four weeks today??

    No I didn't get from a hatchery, was hatched at my sons school along with three other chicks.

    That's what I was thinking. Really gutted it's a rooster.
