    Thanks for responding Kelsie! I unfortunately watch her pull them out :( it's very sad. I'm pretty sure it's not the other chicken, She very well may be molting also (i have noticed some loose feathers about to come out) , which makes it look worse, but she's definitely scratching at her head...
