    Lockdown Humidity for Staggered Hatch in 2 x 2 Incubator

    We have a Dickey 2 x 2 Incubator with groups of eggs with several hatch dates - from a few days away to a few weeks away. Our first batch went on lockdown last night. How do we handle humidity for those on lockdown and the other eggs not ready for lockdown?

    I'm sorry to hear that. I wish I could help! Hopefully someone can help you out. I have a question for you though. We are headed to Athens this weekend for the Georgia Organics Conference. Is there anywhere around there where we can buy organic chicken feed? Or any cool feed stores around there?

    silver laced wyandottes--hatchery stock

    We have 2 silver laced wyandottes from Meyer and I wouldn't recommend purchasing those from them. One is large, but with a single comb instead of a rose comb, and her lacing is not very pretty. The other one is a small bird, has a little better lacing, but still not as pretty as stock pictures...
