    Hi, I went to guyer farms for a hay auction for my horses and found out that they auction out chickens ther were hens and roos there. .....just a thought

    Rescuing a hen. Questions.

    My husband treated a farmer and he told him we wanted to add a new chicken the farmer said to add the new chicken at night after they r sleeping. When they wake up in the morning the chickens think the new one is part of the flock. It worked for us. I would get her feathers grown back first...

    I just ordered 14 silver laced wyandottes one americanas and 5 white rocks. I seen a video of wyandottes and thought they r sweet docile birds......we will see.

    Hi everyone..I am new and love chickens. We are renovating an old coop we had years ago. My hubby is adding a safe run for them but we want to free range them under supervision. We are planting a chicken edible garden. I have read that if you plant edibles they will leave other plants alone...
