I'm a born and raised city girl, who married a good old country boy, and now live on a 5 acre homestead in Colorado. It's been a crazy adventure learning to raise pigs and goats, but my favorite farm animals are definitely my chickens. I went from being pretty much afraid of birds, to now I grow wheatgrass in my laundry room for my flock. :lau
