    Mean geese

    We have 2 ganders (no other geese around). We adopted them as guardians for our hens. They have been with us for about a year and right now, they are really agressive and will attack anyone that comes near them. Is there a way to have them snap out of it or are we doomed?

    Standard height for doors, roosts, etc.

    We have upgraded our coop and i’m wondering if the chicken door is too high and if we should add a ramp inside. The door is 12”x12” and is about 18” off the floor.

    Hi. I have to treat my 2 geese for worms along with my hens. I know that for hens the 10% SafeGuard dose is given at 0.23ml per pound, once a day, for five days straight, orally. Would it be the same dosage for geese?

    Hello! We have been raising a small flock of layers for the last 4 1/2 years and love having fresh eggs every day. We also raise a few meat birds every summer for our own consumption. We also have guinea hens, just because they are so much fun :) looking forward to learning new things! Cheers!
