I’ve got six new little babies so far. I think I have two unfertilized eggs in here though. I’m excited to see how many new little friends will be chirping in a few hours.- MamaNichelle

I have eight unknown sex (out of 9)

They were all hatched the first of July. The mom is a silkie. Even though some look like completely different breeds. Here is a photo of bird number nine, he was an extremely early bloomer.- MamaNichelle

woke up, went pee, drank tea. Put my boy on the bus, then tried to go back to sleep. Didn’t work. Now to find my left boot, to go do the feed. (Not perfect but all true and it kinda rhymes 😂)- MamaNichelle

Mom is a silkie, due to their look I don’t think my silkie roo is the dad… I think it’s this guy (pictured) they’re 4 and a half months old (I think…. I’ve had hatches like crazy, some a few days apart) My main rooster mounted the chicken getting attacked today… wondering if it’s female and...- MamaNichelle

Why is a hen doing this?
The multicolor puff ball head hiding spot. Black puffball is the sibling that comes and sit with it after a little while. The mom will get vocal with the black one but won’t peck or attack that one.- MamaNichelle
