    What did you do with your flock today?

    If you cook it, even a little - blanch it even - it neutralizes the stinging hairs and it is very yummy. High in Vitamin C and iron. It's a yummy spring green.

    Everything I read said it could take time before they are relaxed enough to lay, it's good to know that an egg tomorrow followed by no eggs for awhile won't be anything to be concerned about.
