    One more question: the chicks still look a little bit wet. When should I move them to the brooder? Would they be fine in the incubator overnight, or am I better off moving them tonight?

    Help! First time incubating/hatching ~ should I help this baby out?

    I'm brand new to all of this ... we've been incubating chicken eggs & today they began to hatch. The first one came out at 10:30 this AM, the second came out at about 2 PM. A third egg has a hole in it and I can see the little chick in there, but he's sat just like this for probably 4 hours now...
