    When draining your birds..

    Had my bird in a kill cone; with feet suspended from a line with a slip knot over a 5 gallon bucket lined with a trash bag. The bird bleeds out over the bagged bucket. All "throw aways" ends up in the bag: blood, head, feet, innards... Then we remove the bag tie it up and just for good measure...
