Thank you for the replies. I read somewhere that female runner feet turn orange ish and males stayed dark. Then I saw some pictures that supported that thought. As far as quacking goes.. We haven't heard a true quack yet. But when we leave them after visiting they all seem to make a honk/croak... -

My wife and I bought 3 Blue Runner ducklings hoping to get 1 female. They are about 5 weeks now but their feet are still very dark. Do we have 3 drakes?!? This picture was at week 3 but the feet still look the same. Dark/speckled. -

Will post pictures. Thank you for the reply. We only give them baths about once a week. Is that a mistake? When I get home tonight, the water will have 'black pepper' floating on top of it, and the drip tray will too! -
