I’m doing just that! Grass sod with chicken wire on top of it. I have loss 50 some odd chickens due to coyotes, so no more 7 acre free roaming!! I want them to have grass so I compromised. Fenced in and grassy areas.
you should have! They lay beautiful eggs and are a beautiful looking chicken. Definitely Legbar crossed with something else. If I was to guess, I’d say Silkie, Barred Rock and Blue Egger. From the way they look. This mine. 🥰

Thank you, but I've already spent a lot of money on the Vitamin E and Selenium pellets for Equines since I couldn't find the products together for chickens at my local store and I was in a hurry, so I'd really like to use this product if I could.
I have a chicken with Wry Neck. I couldn't find vitamin E and Selenium together for chickens so I bought some that is for Equine (horses) in pellet form. I can't find anywhere the dosage amount to give to my sweet 6 month old hen. Please help!
