Thank you. I put the crop bra on her last night and the crop was full this morning. I am in Australia and she is on Nilstat which is Nystatin. I massaged the crop and she vomited up a bit of liquid But since I put the bra on the neck movements have got a lot worse.
Thank you, I am in Australia and she is on Nilstat. I put the bra on last night but her crop was still full this morning. I massaged her crop and it is still squishy and she brought up liquid.
I have made a crop bra, whilst waiting for one to arrive. I have put it on my hen but she is doing the neck movements more than ever. Do you know what that could be from, is it too tight?
Hi I have a crop bra on order and won’t be here for a few days so I have made one. It looks fine but she is doing the neck movements more than ever. Can you help?
Yes I do live in Aus. I guess I probably haven’t made myself very clear. I am just wondering if it is a strong possibility that the other chickens killed my barnaveldas as opposed to a predator.
One of the Perspex windows in the coop was cracked. My coop is covered with netting so if it was a fox he would have been able to get in(the netting had a big hole in it, possibly chewed) but could not get out carrying a bird. I believe possums in Australia do not attack chickens.
We have foxes and possums. One of the chickens was killed inside the coop and now the remaining chickens are unwilling to go into the coop which I find strange.
