    I woke up in a cold sweat! Bad dream! I was checking my chickens feet and saw little lice around thier feet! Got up to let them out this AM and had to check feet.... No lice, You guys are killing me!!

    Beekissed mentioned her chickens love fermented pumkin. I have 2 20#ders and acess to more, but haven't a clue as to how to ferment a pumkin. Please educate ne on that. Thanks, Marty

    I,ve been mixing the calf manma into the chicken feed, and it isn't their favorite. I leave it in the feeders until I see redish poops around my yard then I know the feeders are empty and it's time to reload!

    I've beem using the Boss and Calfmana for the last couple of months and have watched my moulting chickens go from Ghost Chickens to full fledged fluffy Butts again! Thanks, Marty

    Thanks for the quick reply! I have been doing the boss for a long time. Some people were cleaning out thier Mom's house and I got a 25# bag from a free pile and later read about it here and stuck with it. The large handfull will simplify things. Do you feed it like scatch or mix in the feed...
