Rabbit bones are tiny. I only use the back/ribs and flaps for broth so all are small. This is regular broth not bone broth so the bones do not crumble.
Can chickens have cooked rabbit bones. I boiled some rabbit backs and flaps to make broth. there is a bit of meat and skit etc. Can chickens have it or will the bones get stuck in their throat?
I've been researching the pale combs for mine as well. It seems that they can go pale during molting, if they are vitamin deficient, if they are not getting regular sunshine as well as some diseases. I've been giving mine Cod Liver Oil mixed into her feed because it has been overcast for weeks...
