It would probably only work if you had to make a second trip back to CA or someone from your network of friends/family came here with you and drove it back to CA.

Baths help some but it’s short lived. I think about how I feel when I have an itch that doesn’t stop. I won’t let it go on but if it’s feather mites and I don’t treat her for that and just put her down that would be awful.

The vet checked her all over though not with a microscope. I would think if she had mites so would the others. We moved them into a new coop; 36 foot travel trailer converted so never had birds in it. I don’t think mites are the answer.
