Once the chick has hatched, she keeps falling out of the nest, I am afraid that one of the other hens or the rooster will hurt them, what do I need to do?

I have a chicken wire top and motion lights that seem to have helped, before I got the top finished, I lost about 4 chickens and one goose in one night! I finished to top and put the motion lights up, so far, I haven't had another problem.
I have introduced her to them but have not let them alone yet, I am waiting until the babies are old enough to be in the coop outside. Right now they are still in the house at night, they are very young and still have their fluffy look.
I shut them apart for awhile, put the drakes in the coop so she could eat and do her thing, then when she sat down to nap, I switched and put her inside and the drakes outside
I am going to go buy a couple of babies and see how that does, she is doing better, but my male ducks won't leave her alone, I think they are trying to mate with her and they keep biting her neck and chasing her....any suggestions?
I kept mine inside for about the first 5 weeks, as soon as they started getting their pin feathers, I put them in the small coop until big enough to go into the large coop.
