    The one in the center with the most comb is definitely a cockerel. As for breed, they appear too stocky for white legghorns. maybe white rocks or even cornish x

    Why are my Chooks not laying in the nesting box

    Maybe try adding more light to the coop, assuming your nest boxes are covered. Most of the time, chickens prefer a dark place to lay. My father has commercial breeder houses and that is how he combated ground eggs.
