    Is this a rooster or a hen? Not laying, not crowing, but some of the saddle feathers look kinda pointy. M

    Swollen Hip on Chicken

    One of chickens this morning has a very swollen hip and refused to put weight on that leg. Skin in that area appears dry and cracked, with a little red showing.
