I must add. I often wonder if there are just to many birds and they are stressed out. LOL. Unfortunatly we have 2 large dogs that have gotton into our neighbors hen house, we replaced over 50 birds. I forgot to ask, whats the best way to set up a nesting spot for them? I have heard to use straw...- Maureenfletch59

That was fun. Help! Im quite new at this Chicken business. I "think" our layers are at least 5 months old. The are huge. We raised them from 2 day old chicks, and if I had had more time I would of wrote down exactly when my husband brought me home 20 laying hens. Three ? Rock...lol three are...- Maureenfletch59
