They work good. I have a couple seekins precisions. I always wanted one that you could shut completely off, so you can be really quiet. I was looking at a noveske switchblock, but I never bought it...

Christmas 2019... When Walmart decided to stop selling handgun ammo and marked it all ~50% off. Wish I could find a deal like that again....

Red dot is a nice addition to thermal for sure. Thermal only can be a pain at times (when not shooting critters). I just got my DNT thermnight back on my suppressed 22lr and my dad killed a coon with it a couple nights ago. Shot him at 145yds at 9pm and all you could hear was the "thud"....

Nice! 22's are a blast to shoot and the ammo is relatively cheap, which is a plus...

:lau Purdy gun! Never owned a lever gun but it's on my short list. 44mag or 45-70 for me prolly. Torn between a classic like yours or the ones with aluminum stocks and threaded for a suppressor.

Heck yeah. I almost got into big bore airguns, but I ended up going the suppressor route. You're going to love it. All I shoot is suppressed subsonic now. 10/22 takedown would be awesome, I have a regular one. My $.02, I would skip the integral suppressor and just buy a screw on. More...

I have some Maker Rex's for 300blk. Might give them a try for deer. There's a guy on YouTube with a 458 socom shooting 570gr fracturing rounds and it absolutely hammers deer. He even shoots them out to 400yds which is nuts, like 20ft of drop, lol. I've watched tons of ballistic gel tests on YT...

I built one. Aero precision receivers, 10.5" barrel, timney trigger, and a folding SBA3 brace. I haven't shot it in a couple years :(, but it was pretty quiet with subs through my 9 mil can. If you're going to be shooting subsonic, 300blk is a better choice because the barrels have faster twist...

Thanks, I had a blast. And they tasted so good. It's definitely got me considering hunting some of my local grey squirrels. Yeah, I was surprised when I shot the little one. He fell and made it about 10yds before expiring. Luckily is was not thick. Headshots would definitely work better...

Yall might already be aware but starting Jan 1st, you no longer have to pay the $200 tax stamp for suppressors. I just ordered another one on silencershop, and they'll wait to ship until Jan. You can probably preorder from local shops too. EVERYONE should own a 22lr suppressor IMO. They are...

Good advice. I had quite a few out of focus before I finally realized it and corrected. I guess I didn't miss much all the way down here. It wasn't looking too promising at 6pm and I had been awake for 34hrs so I decided to crash, lol. I got up at 11 and 2 and checked, but it looked like it...

How To Take Better Photos Of Your Chickens

I don't think he's posted in a few years. I enjoy photographing wildlife, so maybe I can help with that question. I do not recommend shooting in auto mode for wildlife. My favorite mode is shutter priority with AUTO ISO. Consider this semi-auto mode, lol. You set the shutter speed and the camera...
