    I totally agree with you. Not to change the subject, but I contacted Ideal about the mixup...not only did I NOT receive all four "ameracauna" hens...they sent me the "ameracauna" rooster and on top of that...somehow I ended up with a an unknown breed of a bantam roo...I contacted them for weeks...

    my ameracauna hens only lay bluish eggs...ive never had them lay any other color.

    I specifically ordered ameracaunas from Ideal Hatchery if Im not mistaken. It was my first time with them...i only raise white leghorns, rhode island reds, and ameracaunas. He is a beautiful rooster and pretty friendly, he hasnt used his spurs yet :}

    I didn't have any good up close pics of him, just my whole flock and and he was mixed in and I just happened to remember my husbands video. Im sorry Im not trying to get anyone to watch an ad or what not.

    Can someone please help me find out what breed my rooster is? I ordered them and he was supposed to actually be an Ameracauna hen, but the hatchery got things a little messed up.
