I just talked to the woman who gave me the incubator. She's used it several times and always at 99.5... she's never had a problem. Maybe they just take a little longer to cook? I'll update if any hatch.

Thank you. I opted not to give them the meds, and they seem to be fine. The next problem to solve is why no one will lay eggs except Lucy. A couple are actively molting, a couple are coming of age, the rest are just being lazy (or so it seems).
