The ones in the background are Salmon Faverolles and Wyandottes. Yes, they are too dark to be Lavenders, unfortunately. I am hoping they are still Orpingtons at least. First time ordering chicks instead of buying from the store or local breeder.
These little ones were supposed to be Lavender Orpingtons. Not sure if they are maybe a Blue Orpington? One had lighter grey all over, and a few are darker on the top. Goes to light grey on their underbellies.
