    thanks for the welcome. i have been lurking for a few weeks learning about how to raise my new additions. i purchased them as chicks around father's day so about 2 months old. it's hard for me to tell based on some of the other posts i see on barred rocks in this section.

    any idea? the comb is leading me to believe it's a roo, but it has the black wash on the front of the legs. also looks to be darker colored.
