Well we are now at 9-16 weeks with most of our flock.

I absolutely love these girls! The two Roo's too.... :love Many in the flock are twitching their heads so I'm going to make a spray of garlic, water and essential oils and spray them down. Does it help to spray nesting boxes as well if using a bit of dish liquid in oil and water?

Thank you and sorry for the mix up on the batteries....She's not very friendly but I keep working with her. When I am out with them, the E.E.'s and my SFH, Dottie Boo keep running up and pecking at my legs. They will squat when I reach to hold them and they don't try to run off like others. Are...

I am completely wrong about the hatchery. Maggie May came from MT. Healthy Hatchery, Cincinnati. She is 14 weeks. The Lavender Orpington is 16 weeks and came from Meyer. Same shipment as the Brahma Roo, Hawkeye.

I definitely will email the hatchery and find out. She is a beauty, for sure. The Lavender Orpington is 12 weeks old. I'm a newbie so I'm more book learned than hands on so any advice or observations are so welcome. Thank you

Thanks for all the replies. I'm not completely sure about the Ayam Cemani not being pure because I have heard from several owners that there are lines of Cemani that do have some white and he came from a reputable hatchery but either way his markings are gorgeous and so far has a wonderful...

Well we are now at 9-16 weeks with most of our flock.

We have everything from a Swedish Flower Hen, E.E's, LavOrp, JG, etc... Our two Roo's are a Brahma and Ayam Cemani. I'm including pics because I still can't breed identify Maggie May. Her pic is showing her today in upper left corner and main pic at 9 weeks. She has clean legs and feet, same...

Thanks for all of your replies. It's much appreciated... Yes, the bottom one is a buff, mixed with a gray color. The one below I think is a Roo but again I'm not sure.....I call this one Elvis but it may turn out to be Priscilla....😜 Again thank you for your input. I'm a newbie and had a...
