Just looked up gape worms. Head shaking is the only symptom that they have for it, but could very well be the source. I'll give the vet a call again. It looks like the only treatment is Flubenvet.

Hmmm. I didn't think of that. The vets seemed rushed when I was questioning them about sneezing chickens.
Do you think if the worms were that bad that I would see them in their stools?

Update about a vet. The two that I have called suggested it was a environmental respiratory irritation because they're not coughing, lethargic or have bubbles in their eyes. One said that it's similar to a dog shaking out a sneeze. If symptoms worsen...
